TAX Declarations for Temporary Workers Under TN Visa Status.

1) I am a Temporary Employee on a TN Visa Status. This Visa is specifically for Temporary positions and given for 2 to 3 years. Under this Visa, do I have to declare for foreign income? My foreign income is rental income on my property. Do I have to declare my bank accounts and other assets?

2) Is the situation different for E-2 and H-1B Visa holders and how?

Thanks,
