Past Due Child Support Tax Offset

Okay. I am curious here. My husband and I received a letter from our local prosecutor's office. It was a Tax Offset Inquiry. We filed our taxes, and I filed a Form 8379. We received a letter from the State of Indiana stating that our State refund was taken in full to pay this debt. However, we have not received anything on the Federal level. When I call in to question the status of our refund, they say that it takes 11 weeks since I filed the Injured Spouse. What are the chances of them taking our federal return as well? It seems that no matter who I call, they can not give me the answer as to whether or not this is going to affect our Federal return. Any ideas?
