Filing married separately/jointly

Hello. I am in the process of a divorce. The very beginning. My spouse has been aggressive in asking for my w2's. He then said he would just file married but separately. So I went ahead on the e-file.com and filed. Federal and State accepted. He had not filed yet and now wants to file married jointly. he can see there is no benefit to separately. I don't have a problem with it but how can I stop my e-file return?" He uses a cpa and that is how the joint filing would be filed. Please help!
