File another state tax return?

I am a resident of Georgia and had gambling winnings (W2-G) in North Carolina. Do I need to file a North Carolina state tax return?

I guess you need to check it with the dept of rev of NC for more info in detail;in general, you need to pay tax to NC on your 1099G incoem that you earned in NC and then on your GA return you can claim the tax paid to NC.
