There is no other solution I guess you need to keep on contacting them for final solution.
ONLY in case where you obtained a PTIN years ago, you need to refresh / renew your PTIN online or by ﬁling Form W-12. The IRS will compare the information on the application to the information they have on record. If it matches, you will be assigned your current PTIN. If not, you may be issued a new PTIN. If this is the case, you must use the newly issued PTIN and not your old one.
