Setting Up LLC - Do I need resale NJ?

I am looking to setup a decorated product company where I will never actually own any inventory. I will be purchasing blank product, having it decorated and and then shipped to the customer. I want to make sure that I get all the documents that I need and setup the LLC the correct way. Do I need to get a resale certificate for NJ? Any other certs / filings other than the normal stuff needed?

Thanks,
B

B
basically,A LLC is a business structure allowed by state statute; without a resale certificateyour LLC is typically required to pay sales tax on all purchases. A resale certificate allows you to buy goods through your business without paying local sales tax. And then, it's your responsibility to collect the tax from the clients when you sell the items. You need to contact your state secretary of state for more info in detail.
