Easy Question!

Hello all,

I am an intern paid 10 dollars per hour 43 hours per week under 1099, and paid by personal check. I have heard that I should paid quarterly estimated earnings tax. I will make enough through the year to be in the 15% bracket as opposed to the 10, but my question is A do I have to pay quarterly, B How does FICA (i believe 15%) get factored in, and C which forms do I need? I make about 800 dollars every 2 weeks, this puts me in the 15% bracket, correct?

Thanks so much for your help
