1099 on S corp?

Hi,

My company has an independent contractor whom we issued 1099 to in the past, made a request to have us pay him under his newly established S corp name. The individual provides accounting service. As I can see from the 1099 form instruction, only medical and legal service under S corp are required be reported on 1099. Should we still issue 1099 to the S corp that provides accounting service?

Thank you.
MW
