Hurricane Ike

I lost numerous tree's in the storm. Cost to remove them was well over 2000.00 I also had to replace food that was lost due to loss of electricity, also had to purchase a chain saw to cut tree's off the house that would have damaged the roof had I not done that. None of this was covered by my insurance company. Can I deduct these losses on my taxes and if so where.
