Trust principal distributed free from trust

My deceased mother had a revocable trust at the time of her death. My portion comes free from trust while my sisters remains in trust. The trust will pay all taxes before my portion is distrubted free from trust.

What do I need to declare as an indivudal?

thanks in advance.
