Should I be concerned that my Prudential Life Insurance Policy? Pru stock is $12!!!

Taxguru,

I assume you know you the Stock Market and Accounting etc, should I be concerned about my Prudential Life Insurance Policy?

Is Pru still solid like a rock?? By the way the stock is behaving lately I don't seem to have much confidence. My Whole Life Policy's cash value has completed collasped! I am having serious doubts of maintaining this policy and converting this policy into a Term Policy!

Any ideas or suggestions would be most welcome!

Thank you so much in advance for your opinion and thoughts!
