New S Corp

I am a small distributor of calling cards and recently started a S Corp.

Before it was very easy to do my taxes, they send me a 1099 misc and I do all of this through my personal social

I am going to try and get the 1099 misc put into the business name and ein but I am confused on how to file the taxes

i bought turbo tax for corporations and turbo tax deluxe for home
i have already filed my personal but have not gotten to sending the business taxes out yet

because nothing was under the business ein last year I have put zero as the profit and zero's for anything else they asked me

i guess what i am confused about is if i pay myself for 2009 taxes a w2 for my salary...am i supposed to take out taxes? and why does it seem like I am doing the same thing twice in terms of profit and loss and mileage because the business software asks the same question as the home version

can i use the business and home turbo tax version? that would seem to make more sense but i wasn't sure an s corp could use that software

any help is greatly appreciated
i feel really stressed!
keith
