Working from home tax question (multi state)

I'm currently working in NY so I pay Fed & State income taxes. I'm moving back to Texas in a few months and will be working from home for the same company.

My question is:

Will NY still take out income taxes when I'm living in Texas due to the company being in NY? Does Texas require the company I work for to register for business in Texas if I'm living and working there?

Thanks
