social security?

I have been always receiving my child support ever since i became older and now i'm 23 and receiving just the back pay of the child support money that he owes. I do not know why he chopes his payments into 60.00 dollars a month and not just pay the full amount which he owe.
I do have a problem and would like to know how to file for more money on him.
let me know who is the best person and guide me through these steps.
I have a child that i keep alot from my sister. Help me.

" I do have a problem and would like to know how to file for more money on him.

Whether, or not, your ex-spouse just pays the full amount which he owes you is a legal question. You may want to notify the court of his noncompliance with the court order, that is the divorce decree, I guess, and support order or etc, if this has not been done thus far.
Good luck~~

why unique Social Protection figures are utilized because ID, rather than personal titles, after all. What could be acquired through faking to become a number of different people, however keeping the same name for all of them and just altering the actual SSN?

Especially in the cases where both the title and the quantity will vary...

Or do I just defeat my very own reasoning? If he's transformed both title as well as quantity then it's an infinitely more persuading phony ID. All 300 million people in the united states might be pseudonyms for Obama! What percentage of them have you personally fulfilled, in the end? We wager it's merely a small percentage of that.
