How to file Income Distribution?

I own an S-Corp (just me, no other shareholders) and did very little business in the last two years. In 2007, I passed through all income to my personal return and paid federal income tax on that amount (per the advice of my tax professional). After paying tax on the amount, I took a distribution (or withdrew) most of what was left. Now, in my 2008 business tax return, I am trying to determine how to declare that withdrawal/distribution - is it a non-deductible expense? Or a distribution other than a dividend? I just want to make sure I'm not paying taxes on it twice. Thanks!
