New S-corp No income, expenses

Opened on June 2008
Accepted as S-corp on Sep 2008

I have only used money out of our pocket for:
-To register (open) the S-Corp.
-Web site
-Gas & restaurants for propect customers
-Stationary (office supplies)

No income generated in 2008

Should I declare all 0 for this 2008 Tax filing? or
Should I declare expenses to open the S-Corp?

In florida I think I don't have to declare state taxes...??
