rebate on owned Rented out house

I have availed tax rebate on my house and repaid the comleted loan amount. Now I have purchased another house on loan and rent that out. Could I get tax rebate for the the current loan?

No, a taxpayer can only claim the First Time HomeBuyer Rebate only once!
