ex-employer not willing to provide my W2

What is the harshest legal & legit verbage I can direct to my ex-employer in order to have them provide me with my W2's? They are simply trying to play hard ball because working relationship did not end amicably. Thank-you very much.

Its very simple, please write a letter and inform him that you are going to report him to the IRS!!! You will be very surprised, the desired results will be achieved rapidly. The IRS can be very helpful in this matter. Try it!
