Which state is my unemployment taxed?

Hi,

I lived and worked in MASS. for the majority of 2008. In October I was laid off so I moved to CT. I am receiving unemployment from the State of Mass. Do I have to pay taxes to both CT and MASS for unemployment? Thanks!
