do i have to send 1099 in with my taxes

if i know my 1099 income, do i need my 1099? do i have to send one
in with my taxes, when i file?

Also, though your employer may not have sent you a 1099-Misc, you are still required to report the aggregate income earned from all sources earned as an independent contractor.

If you know what you earned as a consultant or an outside contractor, you can enter this amount on Schedule C. It is not necessary for you to attach a copy of the 1099-Misc to your tax return.
