Deducting tax preparation fee

Hello,
I have an S-corp and I would like to deduct the tax preparation fee. On which form and schedule do I enter it? I could not find anything on the 1120s.

Thank you for your time.

If you paid for the professional fees in 2008, the place to deduct these is to include amounts paid to your CPA or Tax Professional as part of Legal and Professional Fees or simply create a new category called Accounting.

TaxGuru,
Thanks for answering. Do I put it the Other Deductions statement for line 19 in 1120s?
