Can taxpayers claim both the DC 1st time Home Buyer Credit & First-Time Home Buyer?

For taxpayers who reside in the District of Columbia, although they may be eligible to claim both the tax credits, that is the DC first-time home buyer credit and the new First-Time Home Buyer, only one tax credit may be claimed!
