When should I file my Louisiana State Corporation Tax Return?

Louisiana Corporation Tax returns and payments are due on or before the 15th day of the fourth month following the close of an accounting period, that is April 15 for a calendar year.

Louisian Department of Revenue requires that "the initial franchise tax returns must be filed by the 15th day of the 3rd month following the initial accrual of taxes."
