When should I file my Illinois State Corporation Tax Return?

According to the Illinois Department of Revenue, an Illinois Corporations filing period is the same as your federal filing period. In general, Form IL-1120 is due on or before the 15th day of the 3rd month following the close of the tax year.

Thus for a 2008 calender year corporation, the due date would be March 15th, 2009.
