Filing a watermarked pdf

I did my taxes with an online service which saved it out as a pdf. I cant file the taxes with this online site because they dont allow you to file late, which I am. The pdf has "not valid for filing" watermarks on it that show when I open the pdf on my computer, though when I print it out there are no watermarks.

I didnt know if I could get in trouble if I mail these printed forms in to the IRS, so Im trying to find the forms on the IRS site to download, fill out, and mail in. However, I cant find the "auto expense worksheet" and the "individual diagnostic summary" that are in the pdf (Im a small business owner).

So, does anyone know where those two forms are to download, or if I even need to file them at all? Thank you for any advice.

I guess you can check it with software vendor / IRS for the "individual diagnostic summary"
