Nonprofit corporation (not 501c3)

I am chairman of a Minnesota nonprofit corporation. However, it's not IRS 501c3 (and never will be). I am at a loss as to how we should file taxes. I have asked a couple tax professionals, and they are also flummoxed.

Do we file as a C-Corp (late, I guess)?

Any advice?
