Is there anybody out there who has any idea what the heck is happening to this market? My retirement portfolio has just got devastated...or really it is decimated!

I remained calm and and did not change my portfolio when the market broke down last week! Now, I cannot afford to stay calm!

Any thoughts from any members or anybody as to what should be doing??
