Form 1099-K

A third party credit card transaction was processed by Intuit however the amount and type of sale was not approved so the funds were not disbursed. Intuit still filed a 1099K for that transaction. All records from both my bank and Intuit reflect the sale not happening yet its still showing as income. How do I dispute?
