Owner of S Corporation's business use home deduction

My sister owns Real Estate business (S Corporation) . She lives upstairs and run her business downstairs of her house which has separate entry . She is the only member of this S corporation. She receives 1099-Misc for commissions she earns from real estate and files Schedule C. Can she claim business use home deduction for this pat of her house .

Thank you
