S-Corp Zero Activity

Guru,

I'm told (by a fairly accomplished CPA) that my S Corps dont have to file a return if they had no activity. Do you agree? And what would I then include a $0.00 K1 on my personal return?

Please refer to the following link for your specific answer.

Is a Corporation required to a file a tax return even though it had no income?
