Question adult children dependents

I have my daughter, husband, and two grandchildren living with me. I provide all of their lodging, 90% of their food, 65% of their clothing. Am I able to claim them as dependents? Do they get to claim their children on their taxes? Or is there another way to get a tax reduction for this situation?

Thanks for the help
