Can a person receiving SSDI claim anybody and file taxes?

I have been living with my boyfriend for over a year. I have a 14 year old daughter that stays with us more than half the time also. I did not work all last year and he supported me and my daughter. Can he claim us and file taxes if he receives SSDI? We live in vancouver washington.
