Tax question on how to file

I work a full time job and I recieve a w-2 each year and I have taxes deducted weekly from my checks. Just recently I got into real estate, and I keep track of all my expenses and car mileage and what not for real estate. My question is, what's the best way to file. Do I have more than one option on how I file? Can I keep filing my w-2s and fill out a seperate form for my personal real estate business, or do I have to itemize everything for both jobs ? Thank you in advance for any help!
