This year, I have made many purchase that I presumed were "tax-deductible," mostly for work-related travel. These have amounted to 2-3k. When filing through turbo-tax. it recommends I use the "standard deduction of 6200. Does this mean that all my work-related deductions will not contribute to my tax deductions?
