CA 540X Help

I have been filing taxes every year using TurboTax. This year, for some reason, I hit a button that said I used Paid Family Leave Insurance (PFL) benefits. I thought I fixed this when completing my CA state forms, but I did not. My total income was listed on the Wage, IRA and Pension Adjustments form, which zeroed out all paid taxes for the year. I need to complete an amendment (540X) for California, but I do not know how to explain this on the forms in the explanation section. I am also very confused about which forms I need to include with the amendment. I owe the state money, so I am sure they won't be too picky. I just want to make sure I get this correct so I don't have any further issues. Can someone please help explain what needs to be done, what forms need to be included, and how I can explain the changes? Thank you!
