Property under my name

Hello everyone,

This is the first time filing my taxes by myself and I had one major question.

It is in regards to an income property.

I own a town-home under my name so I guess it is part of my net worth but the income, repairs, property taxes are all allocated to my mom. The checks come under my name but my Mom keeps the money. I have owned it for years but my Mom has claimed me as a dependent up until this year. How do we go about documenting this?

Thank you!
