1099's

I am a Owner/Operated of a LLC.. We have no employees. Do we 1099 my business partner and myself for disbursements we received form our company? If so, which 1099 form do we use?

You will need to file form 1065 ; Since it is a partnership, tax returns will be more complicated than a sole proprietorship would be.
