gaithersburg stormwater fee

On Schedule A line 6, do you take your total annual property amount tax paid and subtract both the solid waste charge and the gaithersburg stormwater fee OR do you just subtract the solid waste charge?

#1;I think so;as below

#2; Deductible real estate taxes are generally any state, local taxes on real property levied for the general public welfare.. Many states and counties also impose local benefit taxes for improvements to property, such as assessments for streets, sidewalks and sewer lines. You cannot DEDUCT these taxes. However, you can increase the cost basis of your property by the amount of the assessment.
