Business Loss, does that change wife's ss withholdings?

So I have a new loss for my business this year. Sad day

My wife, lets say she makes 40k a year, works a regular job and paid social security all year. When we fill married jointly, out combined income will be under 40k. Did she overpay on SS and Medicare. If so how do I go about filing this correctly?
