Question Your thoughts on tax debt "forgiveness"

I have heard different companies offering to work out nice settlement plans with the IRS if you owe and upwards of 10 grand or more to IRS.

I was at a site that had and article about tax return tips. There was a link to one of these companies. Do you think they are reputable and helpful or is it just a waste of time and money.

Have you heard anything good about companies that offer to arbitrate your tax debt with the IRS?
