Smile ROTH IRA Withdrawal

I am 35 and married and I want to make a withdrawal from a ROTH IRA opened in 2005 to use towards a down payment for our primary home. I currently am renting, but in 2010 while I was still single, I had purchased and then sold my primary residence. I did not withdraw anything from my ROTH IRA at that time. Can I now take a ROTH IRA withdrawal and be exempt from the 10% penalty since this will be considered a first time primary home while in the entity of marriage?
