How many Corporation Income Tax Rates does North Carolina have for the Tax Year 2008?

For the Tax Year 2008, North Carolina State has only 1 Corporation tax rate bracket, with a flat tax rate of 6.9%.

For Financial Institutions, North Carolina State also imposes "a tax equal to $30 per one million in assets."
