What would be the impact of the McCain Tax Policy on the economy?

Why, I would also welcome a discussion of the impact of the McCain Tax Policy on the economy, particularly how proposed individual tax cuts would affect the increasing budget deficits?

Also, I was wondering how lowering the corporate taxes would not worsen the budget deficits?

Thank You!
