MMLLC for international trade

Could we do international trade with MMLLC? In the same business, could we do other types of business(consultation service) as well?

#1;Of course; an MMLLC can be treated (for tax purposes), as a partnership, as a C-corporation, or as an S-corporation. you, as
A business owner, may choose to form an international MMLLC (you need to file form 1065 unless you convert it to a reg C- or S ccorp ) for increased asset protection. An LLC that operates internationally is also known as an offshore MMLLC. You can even operate your business in your home country, but the benefit is the LLC operates under the guidelines of a country that may allow better rules and tax benefits than your home country. The process of forming an international LLC can be pricey and will require a third-party company that can form the company on your behalf; in the US, it is illegal to offer online casinos and gambling sites that accept credit cards. A third-party registered agent for your LLC . alsoin choosing the proper country for your business, you can, and in some cases you should, set up an LLC in a state other than the one that you live in. A great example is if you live in CA can take over two months. If you need a company registered quickly, your only choice is to go out of state. No matter which state your LLC is formed in, it must register with each and every state in which it does business. This registration is sometimes called "authority to do business" in another state, and sometime "forming a foreign entity." Formation of a foreign entity involves additional fees, and sometimes additional requirements.

#2;As mentioned previously, you need to create an entirely different llc more than likely but to be sure, you ned to check it with your state ‘s govt.be aware that a biz is not a truly llc until it is registered as such. So it depends on your llc articles of incorporation when you created your LLC.
