Of course;iut is up to you. When you’re signing your franchise agreement, I mean, your contract with the franchisor, as a franchisee, you’re going to notice a spot on the contract that asks for your official business name and entity. you can own franchises under your S corp or LLC name. There are so many franchises your S corp or LLC could buy into. So, you need to know the option that's best for you before you buy a franchise; Sole proprietorship, corporation, SMLLC /MMLLC or etc.
