OH earnings on PA return

Hello - my daughter is a college student in OH but a PA resident. She made $1800 in PA at her summer job and $700 in OH at her school job. Since OH and PA have reciprocity agreements, I know I don't have to file a nonresident return for OH. But how do I handle reporting of her OH income on the PA return?

#1;yes I guess so;AS she worked in OH and are a resident of PA she does not have to pay OH income taxes on her wages asdlongas she would submit exemption Form IT-4NR to her employer.

#2;Of course as a full year resident of PA, she needs to report her income of
$700 on her PA return.
