Question Not With Child For The Whole 2013

Hello,

I haven't filed my taxes of yet, but im a bit confused at how or what i need to do it this time around. Last year my child was with me until the middle of the year. so when i was employed in the beginning of 2013 i claimed him on my w4 ect.

He now lives with his father in Texas as of June. How will i file my taxes accordingly?

If my ex husband filed his taxes claiming the child for full year of 2013...what could happen?
