Starting an LLC question

I'm starting an online company and I was going to register it as an LLC, but it probably wont make any money for a couple of years. Just wondering how I would go about filing taxes? And do I have to include it in 2014 taxes eventhough it would be registered in march of 2014? (I live in california)
