What does an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent Program (ERPA) Do?

According to the IRS, under Circular 230, an ERPA may represent taxpayers before the IRS on matters involving the following areas;

1. The Employee Plans Determination Letter program.

2. The Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System.

3. The Employee Plans Master and Prototype Program and Volume Submitter Program.

4. Form 5300 and Form 5500 filings (but not with respect to actuarial forms or schedules).
