Question Real estate venture - lose and sold HELP

nvestor in several small real estate ventures.
1. 15% interest in venture, 30,000 allocated loss .
Participates in management decisions including approving new tenants and rental terms.
Spends 200 hours per year on this activity

2. 5% interest. Generated $10,000 allocated loss .
Sold it (12/31/2010) for $15,000 profit (acquired 01/01/1995 for $14000, sold for $29000)
Have unsed passive loses from the prior 2 years of $4000

3. Oh I also showed Rabbits .
I spend $500 on this venture and generated $1000 prize money. This was my first year I won money in the past 5 years..

Where and how do I report these?
(what forms)

I make 150,000 wages
plus have separate small business out of my home with over 200,000 income
